Most businesses require that goals be set as a starting point for the years planning and goals need to have appropriate time frames and definite action plans that roll throughout the business year. A large part of a business plan is identifying your goals and the detail on how you plan to reach them. Write on paper, print from computer or view your progress from a digital device on a daily basis can keep you more focused on your goal plan. Set specific goals that lead you directly to you desired result. If you find the goal is too difficult to achieve then break down into smaller short term goals to a size you can manage. It is important to choose and pursue realistic goals based on the current resources of your business. Individuals who achieve their goals regularly are often ones that are confident in their own abilities and self motivated. Remember work with a competitive spirit and be helpful and kind to your workmates.

This Goal Setting Program is designed specifically for the managers and employees alike of, this workshop also include a train the trainer course. The program is based on the process of elimination and contains forecasting and actual sections. My formula involves setting and achieving goals by selecting a goal and then identifying what types of barriers block your passage way from achieving the goal. The next step is to search, experiment and find successful solutions that will break down those barriers. Following this is to organize the barriers and their corresponding solutions into the most suitable time line for you to tackle and solve.

Through Discovery, invention and experimentation humans now have a true understanding of energy and the elements that make our universe, our planet and indeed us.
